Transaction Annoucement: Nuove Energie has been acquired by Trentar

We are pleased to share KMM Consulting’s contribution to the successful acquisition of Nuove Energie by Trentar.
KMMC supported Nuove Energie and its shareholders on the sell-side throughout the transaction process, from identifying and engaging suitable strategic buyers through management meetings, technical and commercial discussions, negotiations, SPA and closing.
This transaction represents an important step in the continued development of Nuove Energie’s advanced filtration technologies and in Trentar’s ambition to build a broader global water platform under Nuove H2O.
